DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION TRAINING (DEI)
K3C Group’s Founder and Principle, Thomas Krever served as the longest-serving Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Hetrick-Martin Institute, the nation’s oldest and largest LGBTQ youth-service organization in the United States and the founding agency of Harvey Milk High School (www.hmi.org). During his leadership of HMI, he oversaw the creation of the Advocacy and Capacity Building Department. Thomas will share his skills and lessons learned to work with you and your leadership team to build and support a more diversified work environment that celebrates the strengths of diversity that your staff and clients bring to your agency.
